# One SaaS tutorial, three packaging directions

ThumbCue product demonstration — September 6, 2026.

This is a fictional tutorial brief with existing sample artwork. The preview,
title revision and JPEG download were performed in the live tools. This is not
a customer case study or a new AI generation run. No audience results are claimed.

## Source brief

I gave myself seven days to replace a bloated SaaS stack with a smaller setup.
In the video, I compare the old workflow with the rebuilt version, show each
migration decision, explain what broke, and finish with the stack I kept after
a thirty-day review. The useful lesson is not a list of tools. It is a practical
rule for deciding what earns a place in a solo founder's workflow.

## Three options

| Direction | Title | Viewer question |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Outcome | I Rebuilt My SaaS Stack in 7 Days | Can I simplify my own stack? |
| Tension | My SaaS Stack Was Slowing Me Down | Are too many tools creating extra work? |
| Proof | The SaaS Stack I Kept After 30 Days | Which tools survived real use? |

For returning founders, we chose proof as an editorial hypothesis. We revised
its title to **The SaaS Stack I Kept After 30 Days (And Why)**. The additional
words point to the selection criteria. This is not evidence that it will win.
The suggested overlay text in the full case study is not baked into the artwork.

## Repeat the tool steps

1. Open https://thumbcue.com/youtube-thumbnail-preview and press
**Try three sample images**. Compare the titles at Feed · 320 px.
2. Switch to Compact · 168 px. Try Dark preview and Grayscale check.
3. Edit Title for option 3 to the revised title above. Review the card again.
This edits the title field, not the text inside an image.
4. Open https://thumbcue.com/youtube-thumbnail-resizer and press
**Use a sample image**. That tool uses the same proof artwork.
5. Select 1280 × 720 · HD, Fill frame · crop edges, centered crop positions,
and the under-2-MB file target. Press **Prepare JPEG**, then **Download JPEG**.
6. Inspect the downloaded image and keep your title separately. Our sample was
   JPEG, 1280 × 720, 237,223 bytes, at the displayed 94% encoding quality.
Different browser encoders may produce different file sizes.

The free tools process images locally. They do not save a project or transfer
titles between tabs; reloading clears inputs. No account is needed for these
tools. The separate AI generation workflow has its own plan and usage limits.
