What counts as one project?+

One project starts from one video URL or script and includes the generated directions, refinements, and final export for that video.

Do unused projects expire?+

Unused projects roll over up to one monthly allowance: 10 on Creator or 30 on Pro. After a monthly renewal, your balance can be up to 20 or 60 projects. Annual plans receive the full yearly allowance at payment and can carry the same 10 or 30 extra projects at renewal. Canceling stops future renewals, but your remaining capped balance stays available.

Can I switch or cancel plans?+

Yes. Manage billing from your account. Stripe handles plan changes and cancellation without a support request.

Is a human involved in each project?+

No. ThumbCue is self-service from source analysis through export. Support can help with product issues, but there is no manual creative queue.
