ThumbCue legal
Refund Policy
We want the Founding Pilot to be a low-risk way to test ThumbCue. This policy applies to its one-time $49 payment.

Before work begins
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of payment if we have not started creative work on any submitted video.
After work begins
The pilot allocates $12.25 to each of four video packages. If you cancel after work starts, we will refund the allocated amount for each video we have not started. An active or delivered video package is not normally refundable because it includes custom creative work.
Missed delivery target
If we miss the 48-hour target for an accepted video and you do not agree to a revised delivery date, you may request a refund of that video's $12.25 allocation before its deliverables are sent.
Problems with a delivery
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the files are unusable, materially incomplete, or do not match the stated package. We will first try to correct the issue promptly. If we cannot, we will refund the affected video's allocation. Creative preference alone is handled through the included revision and is not a defect.
How to request a refund
Email externalanswer@gmail.com from the checkout email. Include the approximate payment date and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable items
Amounts for delivered packages, work completed outside the included scope at your request, and losses caused by published channel performance are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
