Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use thumbcue.com or purchase ThumbCue access.

Operator

ThumbCue is independently built and operated under the ThumbCue name.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. By using ThumbCue or purchasing access, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Self-service product

ThumbCue is an automated creative tool that analyzes material you provide, generates paired title and thumbnail directions, supports refinement, and creates exportable assets. It does not include a human review, design, or delivery service.

A project allowance is added automatically after a successful payment. Unused subscription projects roll over up to one monthly plan allowance: 10 projects on Creator or 30 on Pro. Immediately after a monthly renewal, the available balance can therefore be up to 20 projects on Creator or 60 on Pro. Annual plans receive their yearly allowance at payment and may carry the same 10 or 30 unused projects into an annual renewal. The remaining capped balance stays available after cancellation.

Customers whose subscription received a successful payment under the earlier unlimited-rollover terms keep that rollover policy. Plan features and future allowances remain subject to the plan shown at checkout.

Your materials and responsibilities

You keep ownership of materials you submit. You grant ThumbCue limited permission to store, reproduce, modify, and share them with necessary service providers solely to operate, secure, and support the product.

You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted videos, scripts, images, likenesses, trademarks, and other material. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

Outputs and intellectual property

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs created for your account. ThumbCue retains its pre-existing software, tools, workflows, templates, and generalized techniques. Third-party fonts, stock assets, models, or software remain subject to their applicable licenses.

AI output and results

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material created for others. You are responsible for reviewing every output and deciding whether to use or publish it. ThumbCue does not promise views, click-through rate, revenue, ranking, or any other channel outcome.

Payments, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Stripe processes payments. A one-time project purchase adds the project allowance shown at checkout and does not renew automatically. Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval and price until canceled. You can cancel future subscription renewal through account billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility for both purchase types is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use and service changes

We may limit or suspend use that creates legal, safety, security, fraud, or operational risk. We may update features and plans prospectively, while honoring the applicable rollover policy for allowances already added to an account.

Disclaimers and liability

ThumbCue is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
