ThumbCue legal
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use thumbcue.com or purchase the ThumbCue Founding Pilot.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. By purchasing or submitting an intake, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Founding Pilot service
The one-time $49 Founding Pilot covers up to four eligible videos submitted within 30 days: three title directions, two to three thumbnail concepts, one final thumbnail, and one revision per video. It does not renew automatically.
Our 48-hour target starts for each video after we confirm that its materials are complete and accepted. Weekends, holidays, delayed customer responses, and requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised delivery date.
Your materials and responsibilities
You keep ownership of materials you submit. You grant ThumbCue a limited permission to store, reproduce, modify, and share them with necessary service providers solely to perform, secure, and support the service.
You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted videos, scripts, images, likenesses, trademarks, and other material. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
Deliverables and intellectual property
After full payment, you may use the custom final deliverables we provide for your channel and related promotion. ThumbCue retains its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, know-how, and generalized techniques. Third-party fonts, stock assets, or software remain subject to their applicable licenses.
AI assistance and results
AI may assist creative exploration, but a human reviews pilot deliverables. You are responsible for the final decision to publish. We do not promise views, click-through rate, revenue, ranking, or any other channel outcome.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Stripe processes the one-time payment. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Service changes and acceptable use
The Founding Pilot is an early service and may change as we learn. We may reject or stop work on material that creates legal, safety, or operational risk, and will apply the Refund Policy to any undelivered scope.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for the specific pilot commitments stated here, ThumbCue is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a pilot order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes will not reduce the scope already purchased for an active pilot order. Questions can be sent to externalanswer@gmail.com.
