Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information ThumbCue handles when you visit thumbcue.com or participate in the Founding Pilot.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, YouTube channel and video links, scripts, creative notes, feedback, and support messages.

Stripe processes payment-card details. ThumbCue receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the checkout email, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, error logs, and essential cookie or session identifiers.

How we use information

• Provide, review, and deliver the Founding Pilot service.
• Process payments, refunds, disputes, and required records.
• Communicate about an order, intake, delivery, or support request.
• Secure, troubleshoot, and improve ThumbCue.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information or use submitted private materials to train public AI models.

Service providers

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to providers that help run ThumbCue, such as Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and security, our database and storage providers, and an email provider. They process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments.

AI-assisted review

ThumbCue may use AI services to explore title and thumbnail directions. A human reviews pilot deliverables before delivery. Do not submit secrets or personal data that are unnecessary for the creative task.

Retention

We keep order and payment records as long as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Pilot source materials and deliverables are normally deleted or de-identified within 90 days after the pilot ends, unless a longer period is needed to complete your order, resolve a dispute, or you ask us to delete them sooner. Routine application logs are normally retained for up to 30 days.

Security and transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted administrative access and private intake links. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to available contractual or legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally required.

Children

ThumbCue is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
